My pricing includes unlimited buyout and full exclusive usage rights for edited photos across all media—advertising, social media, websites, print—ensuring you can use them freely for all your marketing and business needs.
How much do you charge?
I offer full-day and half-day photoshoot rates tailored to your needs, with travel, post-production editing, and photo usage rights included. For larger projects, we can schedule a discovery call to discuss scope, deliverables, and budget.
How do you ensure collaboration and flexibility in architectural photoshoots?
I maintain clear and timely communication throughout the entire project, from initial discussions to post-production updates. With a deep understanding of your brand guidelines, I prioritize meeting your deliverables on time and within deadlines. I value collaboration, welcome feedback, and promptly address any concerns to build long-lasting partnerships. I’m also adaptable and open to new concepts or changes in direction, ensuring the final product aligns perfectly with your needs.
How do you handle photo editing?
My editing process is tailored to your needs, whether you prefer minimal adjustments or extensive enhancements. My team does amazing work removing unwanted elements, correcting surface imperfections, adjusting lighting, enhancing vibrancy, replacing exterior window views, even edit project areas still under construction to elevate the visual impact of your photos—all while ensuring they align with your desired project representation.
Are you willing to travel?
Absolutely! My work has taken me to beautiful locations across 23 states and 8 countries, and I’m always eager to capture new environments. For shoots in NJ, NY, or most of eastern PA, there’s no travel charge. For projects in more distant locations, I include travel costs like flights and accommodations at no markup in my pricing quote.
